When do you charge my card?

We only charge your card if the minimum number of people join the deal and the promotion has closed. The charge will show up on your statement from Savvy Circle LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and restrictions stated with each promotion under the "What are the terms?" section.

Can I get a refund on my order?

While the deal is still open and the minimum has not been met, you can cancel your order at any time from your account page. The businesses we promote do a lot to get you these deals. In most cases, we are unable to refund you once the deal has closed, however contact us and we'll see what we can do.

PREPLAYS

Am I charged when I join a prePLAY?

prePLAYs are a way for you to get together with others to try to get a deal with a merchant. These are not real deals, but if you get enough people together, we will try to negotiate a deal on your behalf. If we are successful, we'll let you know via email when the deal launches.

What do you do with my credit card information?

For your security, we send all transactions through a secure, encrypted connection. That means no one can read it. Your card information is stored on a third party secure server and is unreadable even by us.

What do you do with my email address?

We only use your email address to send you confirmations when you join a deal and when the promotion has closed so that you can print out your voucher. If you join our deal email list, we'll also send you an email when new deals launch. Other than that, we're not going to share or sell your email, ever.
