The following are general terms that apply to all PLAY vouchers unless specified otherwise in a deal.

• Limit one voucher per visit/table.
• No cash back. Must use full value in visit.
• May not be used towards tax or tip.
• May not be combined with other offers or specials.
• Dine in only (for restaurant deals).

Is PLAY legit?

We work directly with our merchant partners to negotiate exclusive deals on your behalf to make sure that our vouchers are honored by the merchant. Thousands of users have already used PLAY to buy vouchers and save thousands of dollars. Many of our users have already redeemed their vouchers at local businesses and have loved the experience. When do you charge my card?

We only charge your card in PLAY deals if the minimum number of people join the deal. Once the minimum has been met, we process orders each evening. The charge will show up on your statement from PLAYHAWAII.COM. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and restrictions stated with each promotion under the "What are the terms?" section as well as the general PLAY terms.

There is no charge when you join a prePLAY.

When do I get my voucher?

If the minimum is met, you will receive an order confirmation email and you will be able to print you voucher after the deal closes. A deal typically runs for 3-5 days before it closes. There is a countdown timer on the deal page that will tell you when the deal closes. You may then print your voucher any time in your account at: My Account

Can I get a refund on my order?

While the deal is still open, you can cancel your order at any time from your account page. The businesses we promote do a lot to get you these deals and unfortunately, in most cases, we are unable to refund you once the deal has closed, however contact us and we'll see what we can do.

I see a charge on my card for $0.01. What is that?

In order for us to verify your credit card information, the credit card companies will place a small, temporary hold on your card. These will disappear within a day. They are usually for $0.01 to $1.

When do we get prePLAY deals?

The concept of a prePLAY is to get a group of people together to try to persuade a merchant to give us a deal. There is no guarantee that we will get a deal, but the more people we get to join a prePLAY the better our chances are to get the deal. Once we reach our goal, our PLAY team will negotiate a deal with the merchant. If we are successful, we'll launch that deal and email you. In some cases, the merchant may offer a new deal and we will update the prePLAY with the new offer. You may leave a prePLAY at any time and you are not obligated to join the deal when it launches, but in the spirit of collective buying, we hope you do.
